Questions, answered
How old do I have to be to rent?
Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid driver's license. E-bike riders can be 15 and up with a parent or guardian's consent.
Is fuel included?
Yes. Every rate includes fuel for the day, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Daily rentals don't need refilling. On rentals of two or more days, topping up is optional.
How does insurance work?
Insurance is optional at $20 per day. It covers damage above a $1,000 deductible.
What if I return the vehicle late?
A late fee of $20 per hour applies past your scheduled return time. Every reservation also includes a one-hour grace period from your pickup time.
Do you require a deposit?
For most rentals, no. Reservations for more than three vehicles require a 50% deposit, which our office arranges with you directly.
Which islands do you serve?
We serve Anegada only, the flat coral island at the top of the BVI chain, from our base at the Anegada Reef Hotel.
Do you offer airport or ferry pickup?
Airport and ferry pickup is arranged case by case with our office. Send us your arrival details in a booking request and we'll be in touch.
Do I need a license for an e-bike?
No license is needed for e-bikes. Riders must be 15 or older, and riders under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent.
What do I need to bring to pick up?
A valid driver's license and the name and phone number on your reservation. That's it. We'll have your vehicle fueled and ready.
